Disclaimer
**Dewata Jets is an independent private jet charter concierge and broker, operated by Bali Premium Trip. We arrange flights to and from Bali (DPS Ngurah Rai) through vetted, licensed AOC operators — we do not own aircraft, we do not hold an Air Operator Certificate, and we are not a licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser. Every price on this website is indicative, dated as of 2026, and subject to change.**
This page explains, in plain language, what Dewata Jets is, what it is not, and how the information on baliprivatejetcharter.com should be read. Please review it before you rely on anything published here. If any point is unclear, contact us on WhatsApp at +62 811 2859 0000 or by email at sales@balipremiumtrip.com and we will explain it directly.
Who operates this website?
Dewata Jets is a trading brand operated by Bali Premium Trip. The publishing entity behind the network is Juara Holding Group. On-site editorial is maintained by a single named editor; where an author byline appears, it identifies the person responsible for that article, not a licensed aviation authority.
We function as a charter brokerage and travel concierge. When you book a flight through us, the actual air transport is performed by a third-party air carrier that holds its own Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and is regulated by the relevant civil aviation authority. Dewata Jets acts as the intermediary who sources aircraft, gathers quotes, and coordinates your trip — not as the carrier.
What is Dewata Jets NOT?
To be completely clear, Dewata Jets is not any of the following:
- Not an aircraft owner or operator. We do not own, lease, or operate the jets, turboprops, or airliners referenced on this site.
- Not an AOC holder. We do not hold an Air Operator Certificate. All flights are operated by independent, licensed AOC operators we work with.
- Not a licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser. Nothing here is financial, legal, immigration, customs, or tax advice.
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any airport authority, named air operator, or aircraft manufacturer mentioned on this site.
Names such as Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), Gulfstream, Bombardier, Embraer, Dassault, Cessna, Boeing, Airbus, King Air, Learjet, or Hawker, and certification schemes such as ARGUS, Wyvern, or IS-BAO, are used only for descriptive and comparison purposes. Referencing them does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or approval. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
How should I read the prices on this site?
Every fare, hourly rate, and cost range published on baliprivatejetcharter.com is an indicative estimate, dated as of 2026, and subject to change without notice. Charter pricing is quoted per trip by the operator at the time of enquiry and moves with aircraft availability, routing, fuel, crew duty limits, landing and handling fees, repositioning (“empty-leg”) logistics, season, and currency.
The table below summarises how we present figures and what actually governs your booking.
| What you see on the site | What it means | What binds you |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly rates (e.g. light jet, midsize, heavy) | Broker-sourced ballpark, as of 2026 | The written quote for your specific trip |
| Sample one-way route prices | Historical/indicative examples | A live quote at time of enquiry |
| Empty-leg deal figures | Time-sensitive, may already be sold | Confirmation from the operator |
| Aircraft class comparisons | General guidance only | Operator availability on your dates |
We attribute pricing to broker and market sources and never present it as a guaranteed rate. Dewata Jets makes no guarantee of any return, saving, availability, or outcome. A binding price exists only once an operator issues a written quote for your confirmed route, dates, and aircraft, and you accept it.
What are the limits of our liability?
Because the flight itself is performed by a third-party AOC operator, the operator — not Dewata Jets — is responsible for the airworthiness of the aircraft, crew licensing, insurance, in-flight safety, and operational decisions including diversions, delays, and cancellations. We share the operator’s safety and certification details with you where the operator provides them, so you can make an informed choice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dewata Jets and Bali Premium Trip are not liable for loss, injury, delay, cancellation, schedule change, weather disruption, or additional cost arising from the acts, omissions, or insolvency of any operator, airport, ground handler, or authority. Our role is to arrange and coordinate; the transport contract and its performance sit with the licensed operator.
Weather, seasonality, and regulatory notes
Bali experiences a dry season and a wet/monsoon season, and wet-season tropical thunderstorms can affect scheduling. Peak windows such as Christmas/New Year and the Lebaran holiday period raise demand and lengthen recommended lead times. Nyepi (the Balinese Day of Silence) is associated with airport closure and should be flagged early in any planning around that date. Flight timing, slots, and diversions are ultimately determined by the operator, air traffic control, and the airport — not by Dewata Jets.
Any statement on this site touching Indonesian aviation regulations, airport slot or PPR rules, customs, or immigration is provided as general orientation only. We do not publish regulation numbers or official procedures we cannot verify. For authoritative requirements, always consult the relevant Indonesian government body, the airport authority, or a qualified professional. The Bali-to-Labuan Bajo (Komodo) hop is arranged on demand through operators — it is not a published scheduled service, and we do not represent it as one.
Your data and privacy
When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, you share personal information such as your name, contact details, and trip requirements so we can source quotes and coordinate your charter. We handle that data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 / UU PDP). For visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom, we recognise the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — including lawful basis, data minimisation, and your rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.
We use your information only to respond to and fulfil your enquiry, and we do not sell it. To exercise a data request, or to ask what we hold, contact us on the channels below. Where a data-processing question sits with an operator (for example, passenger manifest requirements), we will direct you to that operator.
