**Dewata Jets is an independent private-jet charter broker and concierge, operated by Bali Premium Trip. We arrange flights to and from Bali (DPS Ngurah Rai) through vetted, licensed AOC operators — we do not own aircraft, do not hold an Air Operator Certificate, and do not operate flights ourselves. All prices are indicative, dated, and subject to change and availability. These terms govern your use of this website and our services.**

Who are we, and what exactly do we do?
Dewata Jets is a trading name of Bali Premium Trip, acting as an independent charter broker and travel concierge. Our role is to source, compare, and arrange private-jet charters on your behalf from third-party aircraft operators who hold their own Air Operator Certificates (AOC) and carry their own regulatory approvals, insurance, and safety certifications.
We want this to be unambiguous, because it changes who is responsible for what:
- We are an intermediary. We connect you with licensed AOC operators. We do not own, lease, or crew any aircraft, and we do not hold an AOC.
- The operator flies the aircraft. The certified operator you charter is the “carrier” and is responsible for the safe conduct of the flight, crew, maintenance, and airworthiness.
- We are not a licensed adviser. Dewata Jets is not a licensed financial, legal, tax, immigration, or customs adviser. Nothing on this site is professional advice.
Operator safety credentials referenced generally in the charter segment include ARGUS, Wyvern, and IS-BAO certifications. Where we mention them, we attribute them to the operator, not to ourselves.
How do quotes and prices work?
Every price we publish or send you is indicative and time-stamped, provided as a good-faith estimate from broker and operator sources as of 2026. Charter pricing moves with fuel, aircraft availability, positioning (“ferry”) legs, crew duty limits, airport fees, and season.
For context only, indicative 2026 hourly figures cited by Bali-focused brokers run from roughly $2,000/hour for a turboprop, $5,000/hour for a light jet, $7,000/hour for a midsize jet, and $10,000/hour or more for a long-range jet or VIP airliner — with midsize and super-midsize jets also quoted in the $4,200–$8,100 per-flight-hour range and heavy jets from about $7,200 to $17,800 per flight hour. Sample one-way long-haul fares to Bali as of 2026 have been cited at roughly $225,000–$270,000 from London and $298,000–$363,000 from New York. These are illustrations, not offers.

A booking is only confirmed when the operating carrier issues a charter agreement and we relay written confirmation to you. Until then, no seat, aircraft, or slot is held.
What are your obligations when you book through us?
When you request or accept a charter, you agree to:
- Give accurate passenger names, passport and identity details, weights and baggage information, and any special requirements, on time.
- Comply with the operator’s own charter agreement, safety briefings, and crew instructions.
- Hold valid travel documents — passports, visas, and any permits required for Indonesia and each destination. Immigration, customs, and entry rules are your responsibility; we can share general information but cannot guarantee entry.
- Pay the agreed amount to the operator or via the payment route we specify, by the stated deadline. Missed payment deadlines can void the booking.
What do we NOT guarantee?
We do not promise any specific outcome. In particular, we do not guarantee flight times, aircraft-tail assignment, on-time departure, or that any route or slot will be granted. Aviation is affected by conditions outside anyone’s control.
Bali operates on GMT+8 (Central Indonesia Time), and DPS is a single-runway airport equipped with ILS. Weather matters: Bali has a distinct wet/monsoon season, and wet-season thunderstorms can delay or divert flights. Peak windows — Christmas/New Year and the Lebaran holiday period, when charter demand reportedly rose about 20% in an early-2022 Lebaran window — push prices up and lengthen lead times; guidance for 2027 planning suggests ultra-long-range jets still benefit from roughly 4–6 weeks’ lead time in peak season. Nyepi, the Balinese Day of Silence, is associated with airport closure and can prevent travel entirely on that date.
The Bali–Labuan Bajo (Komodo) hop is arranged on demand. We do not publish a fixed schedule, nonstop frequency, or verified fare for that route, and you should treat it as bespoke, not a scheduled service.
Slot, PPR, customs, and immigration procedures at Indonesian airports are set by official Indonesian government and airport authorities. Any such requirement must be confirmed with those official sources; we do not invent or guarantee regulatory details.
What are the limits of our liability?
Because we act as a broker, our liability is limited accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or safety of the operating carrier or any third-party supplier.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed connections, lost business, or knock-on travel costs.
- Where we are found liable for a service we directly provided, our total liability is limited to the concierge/brokerage fee you paid us for that booking.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How do we handle your data?
We process personal data to prepare quotes and arrange charters. We comply with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi / “UU PDP”). For visitors in the EU/UK, we also handle data with awareness of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles — lawful basis, data minimisation, and your rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Governing terms, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We may update them; the “last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use means acceptance. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
